IAWA (I Am, We Are) is a global youth empowerment organization dedicated to creating a world where all youth are socially engaged, globally aware, and economically free. Supported by the kindness of donors and the strong backing of partners, IAWA provides unique opportunities for young people. Partnerships are integral to IAWA's mission, as they enhance the organization's ability to offer comprehensive programming resources.

Collaborating with like-minded entities amplifies media coverage, fosters connections within the community, and attracts more in-kind donations, volunteers, and board members. This post highlights five recent partnerships that have brought smiles to the faces of the IAWA team. These partnerships include Open Parachute and the New Wave Foundation, which contribute mental health support resources.

Special Olympics South Africa provides internships for IAWA participants, while Nando's, a legendary South African flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken and sauces restaurant, donated a generous percentage of its fundraising proceeds. Finally, Story Tapestries, an organization that utilizes the arts to foster inclusivity, and WorldofMoney, a nonprofit with a mission to empower youth with financial education, round out the list of valued partners.
