## Description

**Brand Description: Institut de Biologie Physico-Chimique (IBPC)**

Founded in 1930 by Nobel laureate Jean Perrin and philanthropist Edmond de Rothschild, the Institut de Biologie Physico-Chimique (IBPC) is a renowned interdisciplinary research institute of the CNRS. Committed to the exploration of life's fundamental building blocks—such as RNA, DNA, proteins, and membranes—IBPC employs experimental approaches alongside molecular modeling to investigate cellular diversity, dynamics, and assembly.

The institute comprises specialized laboratories focusing on various aspects of biology, including the study of chloroplast biology, microbial gene expression, and theoretical biochemistry. Their cutting-edge platforms facilitate essential research in crystallography, mass spectrometry, functional genomics, and visualization techniques. Through its research endeavors, IBPC contributes significantly to understanding complex biological systems and their implications for environmental changes, neurodegenerative diseases, and cancer.

With a strong emphasis on understanding and disseminating knowledge, IBPC continues to inspire and train the next generation of scientists while fostering innovation in the life sciences.
