By providing a wide range of program initiatives, ICAN serves individuals from prenatal to end-of-life stages in six counties and beyond, making a significant impact in the region. Their reach extends far beyond Oneida County, with programs that cater to participants from across New York State. ICAN's innovative Independent Practice Association (IPA) effectively connects clients, providers, and partners to ensure streamlined and coordinated care for all.


By utilizing the principles of Wraparound services and the Wraparound philosophy, ICAN effectively addresses the needs of severely emotionally disturbed children and their families through a community-based team approach. With a commitment to diversity, ICAN aims to be an inclusive employer that actively dismantles barriers and challenges the norms that perpetuate inequities in our society.
