Inter-cultural Association of Greater Victoria is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the integration of newcomers, immigrants, and refugees in the Capital Region of British Columbia. With a range of services and programs, ICA aims to help individuals and families navigate their settlement journey, find employment, learn English, and build a strong sense of community. Their Settlement Services team provides assistance with housing, education, and employment services, connecting newcomers with vital resources and support.

Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) offers English language training for adult newcomers, funded by the Government of Canada. ICA's Employment Services team assists newcomers in finding work through job search and skills training programs. LGBTQI2S+ Services are available to support lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and gender-diverse newcomers and refugees.

Through workshops, skills training, and social opportunities, ICA promotes community building, skill development, and English improvement. They also offer programs for private sponsorship of refugees, career paths for skilled immigrants, gateway to tourism and hospitality, and anti-racism training.
