In 2007, the decision was made to produce low-fat products, which led to the idea of making ice cream from the surplus cream. The first product was an ice cream popsicle with a nostalgic taste, wrapped in silver foil. By 2008, the company sold 2,000 tons of ice cream, accounting for 50% of its sales. In 2016, the brand launched guided tours of their ice cream factory in Dolgoprudny, allowing visitors to witness the production process. In the following years, the company expanded its production to include various dairy products and launched the O!Eskimo mini-ice cream production project.
