# ICE Portal - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `iceportal.de` ## Description ICE Portal is a digital service platform offered by Deutsche Bahn, providing exclusive content and services to passengers traveling on their long-distance trains. To ensure stability and exclusivity, the ICE Portal can only be accessed through the onboard Wi-Fi network in ICE and Intercity trains. If you are connected to the train's Wi-Fi and experiencing issues, please check your settings. If you are using a VPN (Virtual Private Network), it may block access to the ICE Portal. In that case, please adjust your settings and enter ICEportal.de in your browser. The ICE Portal is physically stored on a hard drive within the train, allowing it to operate independently of the internet. Therefore, connecting to the train's Wi-Fi and disabling VPN are requirements to access the ICE Portal. For assistance with connecting to the Wi-Fi network, follow the instructions provided on the login page of the WIFIonICE network. Please note that the ICE Portal is not compatible with active VPN connections. Additionally, if you are using an Apple device with iOS 15, please disable the iCloud Private Relay feature temporarily to access the ICE Portal. Android users may need to manually enter ICEPortal.de in their browser after connecting to the train's Wi-Fi. ## Industries - ✈️ Travel and Tourism - ✈️ Ground Transportation _(under Travel and Tourism)_ - 🍿 Arts and Entertainment - 🍿 TV Movies and Streaming _(under Arts and Entertainment)_ ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Black | #000000 | dark | | Athens Gray | #f0f3f5 | light | | Shiraz | #c70e20 | accent | ## Fonts - DBScreenSans-Bold — asset _(custom)_ - DBScreenSans-Regular — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
