## Description

Ich will teilhaben! GmbH is a support provider based in Frankenberg (Eder), serving people with disabilities in Waldeck-Frankenberg and the surrounding area. Its mission is to help clients shape self-determined lives, pursue personal goals and participate in their communities. Qualified professionals provide individually tailored assistance under agreements with LWV Hessen and through personal budgets. The company also offers recognized support and relief services under German long-term care provisions.

Assistance can include setting personal goals, developing independent living skills, managing household routines and money, finding housing, and organizing leisure activities and cultural participation. Staff also help clients maintain social relationships, contact medical and social services, attend appointments, handle administrative matters, and navigate crises or changes. Support with health care, care organization and integration into working life is available as well.

Through its family relief service, the organization arranges supported holidays, day trips and everyday companionship, with eligible services potentially billed to the care insurance fund. Clients, funders and support workers coordinate goals before services begin.
