The Intelligence Covenant Institute (TICI) is an independent public knowledge institute and think tank focused on the social contract between people and artificial intelligence. It brings together research, essays, and public debate to explore how AI affects human judgment, public values, institutions, rights, and democracy. Its work is organized around three connected themes: power, human agency, and values, with particular attention to government and public services, education, and healthcare.
