## Description

The International Charity Organization (ICO) is a UAE-based humanitarian organization established in 1984 by an Emiri decree. It describes itself as a pioneer in charitable and humanitarian work and operates across 23 countries, delivering charitable initiatives and sustainable development projects. Its work supports individuals and communities through orphan sponsorship and care, assistance for families in need, medical treatment, education support, and help for people facing hardship. The organization also develops community infrastructure, including mosques, wells, and Quran memorization centers.

Through its online donation platform, supporters can contribute to general giving, sponsorship programs, emergency appeals, and specific projects. Listed campaigns include deep and shallow wells, mosque construction, school support, aid for families in need, and assistance for people facing medical or financial difficulties. The site also provides services and information for donors and aid applicants, including donation options, a zakat calculator, beneficiary and donor portals, and updates through its media center.
