## Description

Iconic Minerals Ltd. is a publicly listed mineral exploration and development company focused on gold and lithium projects. Its primary gold focus is Nevada’s Carlin Trend, a major mining region, where it is working to expand and advance the New Pass Gold Property. New Pass has a historical NI 43-101 inferred resource of 341,750 ounces of gold equivalent, supported by more than 30,553 metres of drilling across 329 holes. The company reports that mineralization remains open along strike and at depth, and that approximately 75% of it is oxide, with potential for heap-leach processing. New Pass is operated through a joint venture with McEwen Mining and has an approved Plan of Operations permitting expanded drilling. Iconic also lists the Midas South gold property and lithium projects including Smith Creek and Grass Valley, with exploration activity spanning Nevada, Quebec and Newfoundland. The company’s work centers on exploration, drilling and resource growth, while its investor resources include corporate updates, news and presentations.
