Located at Birkbeck, University of London, ICPR operates with a vision to improve justice policy and practice, focusing on important issues such as policing, the judicial process, and the complexities of imprisonment. Directed by Professor Jessica Jacobson, ICPR boasts a team of seven skilled Research Fellows and Senior Research Fellows, as well as academic visitors who contribute to its in-depth analysis of justice-related topics. The institute’s research covers a diverse range of themes, including youth justice, crime victims, rehabilitation, and the intersection of race, ethnicity, and gender within the justice system. Employing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, ICPR gathers insights through interviews and focus groups involving practitioners and individuals interacting with the justice system. Funded by prestigious bodies like the Nuffield Foundation and the European Commission, ICPR's work aims to inform and engage academics, policymakers, and the public alike. ## Industries - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 Social Sciences _(under Science and Education)_ - ⚖️ Law and Government ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id2ue8UJWf/w/230/h/68/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1740757626571) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Alizarin Crimson | #e12931 | accent | | Shingle Fawn | #66512c | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - Helvetica Neue — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
