## Description

ICRAC, the International Committee for Robot Arms Control, is a non-governmental organization dedicated to addressing the critical issues surrounding military robotics and artificial intelligence. Comprising a diverse group of experts in fields such as robot ethics, international relations, and humanitarian law, ICRAC focuses on the imminent threats posed by military robots to global peace and civilian safety during conflicts. The organization advocates for urgent international dialogue to establish an effective arms control regime aimed at mitigating these dangers.

ICRAC's mission centers on raising awareness about the potential risks associated with autonomous unmanned systems, specifically emphasizing the need for prohibitions on their development, deployment, and use in armed conflicts. Among its key proposals are restrictions on the armaments of "man in the loop" systems and a complete ban on robotic weaponry, including those with nuclear capabilities.

With a leadership team of distinguished scholars and advocates, ICRAC invites individuals and organizations to participate in these vital discussions to promote safety and security in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
