## Description

Integrační centrum Sasov is a Czech nonprofit organization supporting people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. Founded in 2004 by Dagmar and Milan Zápotoční, parents of a child with autism, the organization was established to address a lack of support in the Vysočina region. Its services are designed to foster greater independence, inclusion, and participation in everyday life.

The center provides specialist social counseling, including information about ASD and individual and group therapies. Through social rehabilitation, it helps clients develop independence and find and maintain employment. Its day center builds self-care and work skills, while also preparing children for school. The Šípeček children’s group in Jihlava and the SASOVÁČEK group in Prague support the inclusion of children with autism in regular peer settings. The organization also offers leisure activities for children and adults, alongside accredited and tailored training delivered by experienced instructors. In Jihlava, it has opened PASssion, a therapeutic café described as a safe place.
