Bulgarian ICT Cluster | Sofia is a strategic cluster initiative of the Bulgarian ICT industry. Established in 2005, the foundation aims to enhance the competitiveness of the Bulgarian ICT industry by supporting ICT SMEs, promoting cluster development, and creating new business opportunities through cross-border, inter-sectoral, and inter-cluster collaboration. With 10 member organizations, including ICT associations and clusters, and more than 280 small and medium-sized enterprises from various segments of the ICT industry, as well as 6 Bulgarian universities, Bulgarian ICT Cluster | Sofia serves as a unifying force within the ICT sector.

Their activities focus on achieving several goals, including promoting the cluster approach to enhance the competitiveness of Bulgarian ICT SMEs, supporting industrial development and the growth of next-generation industries through the use of ICT solutions, fostering entrepreneurship and creating business skills, and facilitating the creation of a national risk financing system.
