## Description

Sofia Doula Services supports families through pregnancy, childbirth, and the transition to life with a new baby in Idaho’s Treasure Valley and surrounding communities. Founded by Sofia, a trained birth and postpartum doula and mother of three, the practice offers compassionate emotional and physical support tailored to each family’s needs. Birth doula services are available for hospital, birth center, and home deliveries, with support that may include comfort measures, encouragement, attention to both the birthing person and their partner, and advocacy for choices in the birth plan. Sofia aims to help clients feel prepared, peaceful, and empowered throughout labor and delivery. Postpartum doula support recognizes the adjustments that follow birth and draws on Sofia’s personal understanding of postpartum challenges. Additional offerings include birth story photography, placenta encapsulation, music, and aromatherapy. Sofia serves Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Garden City, Nampa, Caldwell, and Mountain Home. She holds a Master’s in Public Health and speaks Spanish and Portuguese, bringing a personal, supportive approach to each family’s birth journey.
