## Description

IdentityRM is an authority governance platform designed for organizations where employees, partners, and AI agents act with delegated permissions. Rather than relying on scattered access rules, static policies, or custom administration portals, it computes what an operator may do at the moment of action, based on their identity, delegated scope, target, and available tools.

The platform supports both human and AI operators, working with an organization’s identity provider and large language model. Its features include runtime authorization checks, scoped tool access, governed operations, and decision records that document approvals or denials and the factors behind them. IdentityRM also offers more than 70 governed MCP tools, product demonstrations, and pricing information.

Operators can ask whether they are authorized to perform an action, then proceed through a governed workflow that checks live authority again during execution. The system records evidence and decision traces to support auditing. IdentityRM positions its product as an alternative to building separate admin portals or managing permissions through tickets and specialist intervention, with a stated focus on day-one readiness.
