IEL's 57-year journey has resulted in the development of innovative approaches, tools, and practices that cater to the needs of leaders in diverse communities. By fostering authentic relationships and addressing systemic challenges, they have made a profound impact in over 400 communities. IEL values equity, inclusion, cross-sector collaboration, and community-driven solutions. Their dedicated staff, who believe in the transformative power of leadership, prioritize racial justice, disability inclusion, and economic equity.
