## Description

IEVA, the Institute of Environmental Research and Applications, is based in Pardubice and focuses on climate, landscape, and environmental issues in the Pardubice Region. It works with municipalities, specialists, and the public to develop and support strategies that reduce the effects of drought and flooding, improve the environment, and provide practical solutions for the landscape. Its activities combine research, methodological support, and public outreach.

IEVA undertakes current and completed projects focused on concrete measures that benefit communities, nature, and residents, and shares examples of good practice. It makes its findings available through maps, specialist documents, annual reports, and newsletters. The institute also publishes news, articles, photographs, and video reports about its projects and activities.

To encourage public participation, IEVA organizes events, conferences, and educational programs, and provides opportunities for people to share their views through surveys. Its website introduces the team, projects, and outputs, and offers information on getting involved, contacting the institute, and subscribing to its newsletter.
