## Description

IFAT is a global network and leading platform for environmental technologies, connecting businesses, experts, and innovators through trade fairs and industry resources. Founded in 1966 as a trade fair for wastewater technology, it has grown into an international network focused on solutions for water, recycling, waste management, and circularity. Its flagship event, IFAT Munich, brings together exhibitors and visitors to explore technologies, strategies, and developments shaping the environmental sector. The 2028 edition is scheduled for May 29 to June 1 in Munich, where around 3,400 exhibitors from more than 60 countries and regions are expected to present their innovations.

IFAT also provides services for exhibitors, including registration, stand and participation information, marketing support, logistics guidance, and on-site services. Visitors can use exhibitor directories, hall plans, event programs, and planning information to navigate the fairs and discover relevant solutions. Beyond Munich, the network organizes or supports events across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas, including IFAT exhibitions and IE expo events.
