## Description

I For Horse, also known as The Coaching Horse Academy, is a Belgian organisation dedicated to personal development and coaching with horses. Its Horse Reflected Learning approach uses the presence and responses of horses to support reflection and growth in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental setting. The academy offers training for aspiring and practising coaches, including Horse Reflected Learning Levels 1 and 2, team coaching, children’s coaching and open courses. Its programme also includes systemic reflection with the herd, workshops, training events and introductory sessions for people interested in experiencing equine coaching. Visitors can request a free exploratory conversation to discuss their questions and goals. The academy’s stated approach values each person’s individuality, encourages coaches to undertake their own development, and aims to help participants draw on their existing strengths and insights. Learner feedback describes a combination of theoretical foundations, practical exercises and personal experience, with opportunities to practise and apply learning.
