IGLYO | Brussels is the largest member-based network in the world dedicated to LGBTQI youth and their rights. Founded in 1984 and based in Brussels, IGLYO gathers over 100 Member Organisations in more than 40 Council of Europe countries, along with numerous friends and partners worldwide. Their mission revolves around protecting, empowering, and promoting the freedom of LGBTQI young people aged 18-30. IGLYO fights for LGBTQI youth rights by conducting research, engaging in advocacy, and communicating their concerns to decision-makers at the European and international levels. In addition, they focus on strengthening the confidence, skills, and experiences of LGBTQI young people through cross-cultural exchanges, peer learning, and training activities. IGLYO believes in inclusivity and works towards ensuring equality and representation for all, encompassing the intersectional needs of LGBTQI youth.
