## Description

Guided by the principles of coexistence, innovation and harmony, it works to renew urban spaces, support the city’s growth and improve residents’ access to housing and community services.

Its activities span major urban development projects, including new towns and districts such as Geomdan, Yeongjong and Gyeyang, as well as housing construction and residential land supply. iH offers and manages rental housing, including construction-based, acquired and lease-support options, and provides services such as maintenance, facility improvements and housing welfare support. Its regeneration work includes neighborhood renewal and projects that reuse historic architectural assets.

The organization also provides public information on housing and land sales, recruitment and procurement notices, and customer consultation and compensation guidance. Through research, asset management, renewable energy initiatives and regional housing and regeneration support centers, iH contributes to the planning and management of Incheon’s urban environment.
