## Description

The Industrial Hemp Association NSW (IHA NSW) aims to promote the benefits of industrial hemp-based products across various sectors and support job creation, particularly in rural areas. They facilitate knowledge exchange, increase public awareness, and engage in lobbying efforts with government agencies to advance the industrial hemp industry. IHA NSW advocates for a national industrial hemp body and opposes genetic modification of hemp crops. By supporting Australian farmers, manufacturers, and retailers, IHA NSW contributes to the growth of the industry in New South Wales. They represent industry interests, raise awareness about sustainable hemp products, and strive for environmentally and economically sustainable practices. Additionally, IHA NSW fosters new employment opportunities in rural communities, especially those with indigenous populations, and collaborates with other organizations sharing similar goals. Contact IHA NSW for more information and to become a member.
