The Institute for Human Services, Inc. Since its establishment in 1984, the Institute has been dedicated to advancing nonprofit and community partners in the region by offering innovative and collaborative solutions to address community needs. They provide a range of services including management support, information and referral, organizational development, and research services to planners, funders, and providers in the Southern Tier of New York State.
