## Description

The Institute for the History of Science and Technology named after S.I. Vavilov, also known as IIET RAN, was established in 1932 and operates under the auspices of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. With over 150 staff members, including more than 30 doctors and 55 candidates of sciences, IIET RAN conducts extensive research aimed at uncovering the major events in the evolution of natural sciences, technology, and engineering.
