## Description

The Islamic Charity Organization (الهيئة الخيرية الإسلامية العالمية) is one of the leading humanitarian institutions operating within the Islamic world since its establishment in 1984. As an independent, multi-faceted charity, it delivers essential humanitarian services to those in need without discrimination, while maintaining a clear stance away from political and ethnic conflicts. Founded to address pressing issues like poverty, ignorance, and disease, the organization has significantly expanded its infrastructure and outreach since its formal establishment under Kuwaiti law in 1986. Led by Dr. Abdullah Mutlaq Al-Mutlaq, the organization emphasizes empowering individuals through educational, cultural, and economic initiatives. Its strategic objectives include promoting Islamic cultural awareness, providing economic opportunities for the underprivileged, and enhancing educational outcomes across diverse communities. With a global operational reach, the Islamic Charity Organization conducts various programs focused on education, development, relief, and strategic partnerships, all aimed at fostering long-term societal impact and transformation.
