## Description

The International Journal of Conflict and Violence (IJCV) serves as a critical platform for scholarly exchange and dissemination of research on conflict and violence across various academic disciplines. As an independent, peer-reviewed, and open access journal, it is recognized in prominent databases including the Social Sciences Citation Index and SCOPUS.

Since its transition to an online format in 2017, IJCV has eliminated traditional issue formats, opting instead for guest-edited focus sections that allow for flexible publication of articles. The journal covers a wide range of topics, such as hate crimes, human rights, terrorism, and gender-related violence, inviting empirical research and theoretical advancements. The peer review process is rigorous and aims to ensure that each publication meets high scientific standards.

With no publication fees and a commitment to accessible research, IJCV not only targets academics but also engages members of civil society and governmental institutions, fostering a broader dialogue on pressing societal issues related to conflict and violence.
