## Description

Ikarangi Labs is the studio behind LifeShip, a narrative-driven strategy-skirmish board game set in a distant future where humanity struggles to survive after Earth is overrun by alien creatures. Designed for one to four players, LifeShip combines deck-building, base development, tactical encounters, and branching storytelling. Players build and improve characters, gather resources, upgrade their ship, and make choices that influence missions, faction relationships, and future events.

The game features more than 150 missions, 27 classes, over 100 characters, seven factions, and extensive equipment and enemy systems. Missions offer multiple outcomes, custom maps, and decisions with consequences, while intelligent enemy behavior adds tactical challenges. Character progression, faction reputation, and ship-building provide further ways to shape each campaign.

Ikarangi Labs invites players to join its mailing list and follow its social channels for release updates. The studio says it is continuing development after an earlier Kickstarter launch and hopes to relaunch when ready. LifeShip pairs science-fiction adventure with unexpected humor and a dark, high-stakes setting.
