## Description

The Living Architecture Museum Osaka is a pioneering organization established on September 20, 2023, dedicated to cultivating civic pride and enhancing urban development in Osaka through the appreciation of both historical and contemporary architecture. Originating from the "Living Architecture Museum Project," which began in 2012, the museum emphasizes the concept of "living architecture"—a unique perspective that attributes new value to buildings that narrate the city's history and cultural evolution.

Key activities include organizing the Ikefes Osaka, an architectural festival that invites the public to explore significant buildings and engage with their stories. The museum also focuses on education, research, and community collaboration, promoting information exchange among diverse stakeholders. Additionally, the organization publishes materials related to living architecture, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of Osaka's architectural landscape.

By creating a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue, the Living Architecture Museum Osaka not only celebrates the city's rich architectural heritage but also aims to inspire future generations with its vibrant urban narratives.
