## Description

Ikimono Navi is a nature-focused science communication platform by Joe Takano, built around regular observations of wildlife in Inokashira Park. Through photography, video, writing, and public events, it shares the appeal and importance of nearby natural environments and encourages biodiversity conservation. The site publishes frequent birdwatching records from the park, offering updates that help readers follow local birdlife and seasonal changes. It also organizes nature walks and observation sessions, including outings focused on migratory and resident birds, alongside lectures and science cafés that make natural science accessible to a broad audience. Visitors can explore event information, media appearances, photography and writing projects, and news about published books, including bird observation and flight guides. The platform also shares guidance on environmental conservation and responsible conduct in nature. By connecting firsthand observation with educational content and opportunities to participate, Ikimono Navi helps people notice the wildlife around them and understand why caring for local ecosystems matters.
