## Description

Iliana París is a Barcelona-based psychologist specializing in perinatal mental health, with training in clinical psychology and couples and family therapy. Her work focuses on the emotional challenges of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, parenthood and raising children. She provides individual psychotherapy for issues such as anxiety or depression during pregnancy and after birth, and support following a traumatic birth. Her approach offers a safe, respectful space to explore difficult feelings and changes in identity, relationships and family life.

Services include couples therapy tailored to challenges that arise during parenting, as well as individual and couples sessions online via Skype or FaceTime. Iliana also offers case supervision for mental health professionals working in perinatal psychology, and delivers workshops and talks for community centres, primary care centres, nonprofits and schools. Through her practice and educational writing, she addresses topics including mental load in motherhood, postpartum anger and the psychological effects of the pandemic on pregnancy and parenting. Her practice supports parents and families as they navigate change and seek a new balance.
