Conscience Community Network (CCN) is a not-for-profit 501c3 organization dedicated to improving the lives of at-risk youth and families involved in the child welfare and criminal/legal systems. As the administrator of its programs, CCN takes pride in providing exceptional training and technical assistance, ensuring program fidelity, data and outcome management, and financial oversight and contracting. At CCN, we believe in fostering a culture of success.


We encourage questioning, utilize data to enhance decision-making and service quality, embrace change, and fully contribute our energy and skills to achieve collective success. We strive to make improvements within the systems we work in and are committed to meeting the unique needs of each youth and family we serve. Our team is composed of dedicated professionals, including Chris Nordloh, the Executive Director, Liz Tracy, the Director of Operations, Victoria Smith Ellison as the Program Manager for High Fidelity Wraparound, Stacia Landon as the Program Manager for Dually Involved Youth, and Remi Sonubi as the Data Specialist.
