## Description

Ilomaa is a private horse farm in Korpilahti, near Jyväskylä, Finland, focused on equine wellbeing and natural living. Its active track system gives horses room to move freely between different areas according to their own daily rhythms. They can graze, eat and drink, rest, explore and maintain social bonds within a calm herd, supporting natural behaviour and activity.

The farm offers boarding places primarily for mares and accepts compatible geldings during the grazing season. Herd growth is gradual and carefully managed to preserve a stable, peaceful environment. Before a horse moves in, the team seeks to learn about its needs and history and works closely with its owner to support a good fit within the herd.

Horse care is led by farm owner Ilkka Vesteri, who brings decades of experience in livestock care, feeding and hay production. Marjo contributes professional training and experience in horse feeding, health care and farriery. Ilomaa also works with a veterinarian and a farrier, and provides a solarium among its listed facilities.
