## Description

I Love New Me is a science-backed wellness brand founded by entrepreneur and fitness enthusiast Gagan Dhawan. Inspired by Dhawan’s experience of burnout and lifestyle-related health challenges, the brand encourages people to renew their habits through discipline, plant-based nutrition and longevity science. Its philosophy is that while ageing is inevitable, decline can be addressed through informed choices and a balanced approach to wellbeing.

The brand’s wellness ecosystem includes The New Me, a book and manifesto for self-renewal, alongside other books and products focused on health and longevity. Its shop also offers proteins and nutrition products. I Love New Me shares practical lifestyle guidance through articles on topics such as healthy meal preparation, exercise, sleep routines, digital detox, nutrition and weight management. The site presents these resources as ways to support healthier daily habits and overall wellbeing. Founded by Gagan Dhawan, the brand brings together educational content, books and nutrition products to help people pause, rebuild and pursue a healthier, more sustainable way of living.
