## Description

DEV is a Solana-focused community platform that turns user-submitted ideas into potential projects. Its guiding promise is simple: members submit an idea, the community votes, and the winning concept is built and launched by the developer behind the platform. The person whose idea wins receives 50% of creator fees actually received, rather than a share calculated from trading volume. Users can connect a wallet, submit proposals, explore ideas, and vote on community favorites.

Ideas featured on the site span music, social projects, NFTs, memecoin culture, and other Solana-related concepts. Examples include Trench Radio, a community-curated on-chain radio station; Proof of Meme, a proposed collection of internet cultural moments; and Pepe Pool, a shared liquidity vault concept. The platform also displays previous launches, including NutRocket, and provides rules, fee information, and a dashboard. DEV describes its approach as “one dev, one mission,” positioning the project as a collaborative route from community suggestion to launch while noting that wallet voting cannot guarantee one vote per person.
