## Description

Imagination Library, founded by the iconic Dolly Parton, is a renowned book gifting organization that aims to foster a love for reading among children. They achieve this by sending over 2 million free, high-quality books to children every month, regardless of their family's income. What began as a small initiative in Sevier County, Tennessee in 1995 quickly gained momentum and expanded across the United States. Today, Imagination Library's impact is felt globally, with programs in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the Republic of Ireland. Imagination Library's dedication to promoting literacy has earned them numerous accolades, including the Library of Congress Literacy Awards and recognition in Reading Psychology. Over the years, they have celebrated several program milestones, such as mailing their millionth book in 2003 and reaching the milestone of 150 million books gifted in 2020. With Imagination Library, Dolly Parton's vision of providing access to books and nurturing children's imaginations has become a reality, empowering young minds to dream big and explore the endless possibilities that literature has to offer. Join Imagination Library in their mission to inspire a lifelong love of reading in children worldwide.
