## Description

Imagination Stage is a theatre arts organization in Bethesda, Maryland, dedicated to positive youth development through the arts. It serves children and young people of all ages and abilities through professional theatre, classes, camps, and community programs. Its year-round classes cover acting and musical theatre, dance, filmmaking, and early childhood arts, while summer camps offer creative learning and performance opportunities, with extended care also available. The organization aims to make its programming accessible, providing inclusion supports and peer-group access classes to help students participate successfully.

On its stages, Imagination Stage presents family-oriented productions and other performances, with options including ticket packages, field trips, and training and performance opportunities. Beyond its venue, it works with schools and educators through in-school residencies, after-school enrichment, and educational theatre resources. Its Theatre for Change program uses performance and creative work to explore social justice issues and encourage compassion and collaboration. Imagination Stage also rents its spaces and offers ways for the community to support its work.
