As a network of people and community-oriented partners, they strive to create pathways that bring citizen voices into the healthcare system, driving transformation and creating a person-centered health system. Their vision is to intentionally design a healthcare system in partnership with citizens and other stakeholders to provide the best possible experiences and outcomes for all Albertans.

They collaborate with various organizations and individuals, including their Board of Directors, to achieve this vision. The brand engages in a range of projects focused on different areas of healthcare, such as iKNOW Health, Community Conversations, Citizens for Digital Health, Child and Youth Mental Health Group, and Med Wise Alberta. They also produce reports, like Healthy Aging in Alberta – Measuring What Matters, and work on initiatives like Connecting for Impact and Primary Health Care Covid Experiences.
