## Description

Imagine Yoga Academy is a Kundalini Yoga school founded by Daniela Troconis and Pedro Misle. Teaching since 2012, the academy has trained more than 900 teachers and offers classes and programmes in Geneva, Zürich, Lugano, Madrid and online. Its approach emphasizes personal connection, self-knowledge and authenticity, welcoming students without dogma, spiritual hierarchy or pressure to become someone else.

The academy’s offerings include 200-hour Kundalini Yoga teacher training and 300-hour advanced training, alongside classes, events and an online membership with weekly live sessions, meditation, guided relaxation and an on-demand practice library. Its Woman’s Harmony programme supports people navigating perimenopause and menopause through a six-week, self-paced online course. Imagine Yoga Academy also provides free resources, including a three-part series of short guided practices, a Kundalini glossary and the Come Back series, as well as a weekly podcast hosted by its founders in English and Spanish. Across its training, community and at-home offerings, Imagine Yoga Academy presents yoga as a practice for reconnecting with oneself and bringing greater awareness to daily life.
