**Comitato I Malati Invisibili**

Established in April 2014, the Comitato I Malati Invisibili is the first non-profit organization in Italy dedicated to adults suffering from rare and undiagnosed diseases, both genetic and non-genetic in nature. Based in Genoa, this organization actively works to support patients and reduce the challenges associated with diagnostic nomadism through a dedicated clinical center. The center’s mission is to provide accurate diagnosis and quality care facilitated by a qualified team of medical professionals and a scientific committee. 

The Committee is committed to social solidarity, engaging in campaigns to raise awareness about rare diseases and collaborating with various organizations, universities, and research centers nationwide. Through numerous events and initiatives, they educate and empower patients and their families, fostering a strong community of support and understanding. The Comité I Malati Invisibili aims to build a national network for individuals facing the challenges of undiagnosed rare diseases, making strides to ensure no patient feels invisible.
