## Description

IMD, or Instituto Marcos Daniel, is a renowned non-profit private association recognized by the Ministry of Justice as an OSCIP (Civil Society Organization for Public Interest). Located in Vitória, Espírito Santo, Brazil, IMD was founded in 2004 by the esteemed Dr. Marcos Daniel Santos, who dedicated his life to ethical values and love for others. Initially focused on human and animal health research, IMD has evolved into a talent formation center for nature conservation based on the principles of Conservation Medicine and the concept of One World - One Health. IMD's core mission is the development and execution of biodiversity conservation projects and the training of individuals committed to nature conservation. With support from public bodies, universities, NGOs, and companies, IMD has built a strong network to contribute to biodiversity conservation through scientific knowledge, good practices, and the promotion of a sustainable society. The institute's president, Marcelo Renan de Deus Santos, has a deep connection with wildlife and leads IMD's efforts alongside a team of dedicated professionals. Together, they strive to achieve excellence, commitment, fostering, ethics, creativity, and innovation in their work. Join IMD in their mission to preserve our planet's biodiversity and create a sustainable future.
