Welcome to the Immigrant Welcome Centre, serving immigrants, refugees, and newcomers in Campbell River, the Comox Valley, and northern Vancouver Island. Our mission is to help newcomers settle successfully in the North Island since 1992. We offer a range of free specialized services, including settlement support, English language programs, and social groups.

Under our LINC program, we provide free English classes to help immigrants and newcomers improve their language skills. Additionally, our settlement services offer resources and support to navigate employment opportunities and the school system. Our free social groups and programs are designed to help you make friends, practice English, and build a support network.
