## Description

Taymuraz Zaseev Barrister, also known as Immigration Kiwi, provides independent legal advice and representation for people navigating New Zealand’s immigration system. The practice takes a strategy-first approach, offering tailored guidance on visa eligibility, evidence, compliance, and potential risks rather than generic recommendations. Relationship-based applications are a particular focus, including partnership work and residence visas, with support from early planning through to full representation in complex or closely scrutinised cases.

Services also cover skilled migrant and Green List pathways, employer-supported and open work visas, student visas, and planning for study linked to longer-term immigration goals. For people facing unlawful status, deportation liability, or an appeal to the Immigration and Protection Tribunal, the practice provides careful advice on available options and next steps. Its stated principles include integrity, empathy, clear communication, and realistic guidance, including identifying when an application may need further preparation. The firm reports more than 300 clients helped, a 99% success rate in resident visa applications, and over two decades of combined experience.
