IMPACT Inc. As a trusted brand, we provide a range of critical services to assist those in need and foster community improvement. One of our core services is IMPACT 211, which serves as a central access point for individuals during times of personal crisis or community disasters.

Our free, confidential helpline and online resource directory connect residents to the information and assistance they require. Through IMPACT Connect, we form partnerships with various agencies to create a robust, shared electronic resource network. This collaboration ensures that social services are accessible and navigable for those who need them most.

Additionally, IMPACT offers Coordinated Entry for Homeless Services, prioritizing support and resources for individuals experiencing a housing crisis. Our Substance Use Disorder Services provide comprehensive screening, assessment, and treatment options for alcohol and drug-related issues. IMPACT Planning & Evaluation works closely with community members, nonprofits, and decision-makers to drive progress in health and human services throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.

In 2020 alone, we connected over 380,000 individuals with community resources, enabling stability, improved health, and enhanced productivity. As a powerful public/private partnership, IMPACT receives support from county and city governments, as well as being a United Way Community Partner.
