## Description

Impetus Academy is an expert centre and spin-off of Ghent University, combining research with practical applications to strengthen people and organisations. Its work focuses on motivation, leadership, workplace wellbeing and effective learning and development policies. The academy aims to create a positive impact through programmes grounded in scientific evidence and adapted to each organisation’s needs.

Its services include employee surveys and assessments covering psychosocial risks, employee satisfaction, leadership, team experience, and the physical work environment. These tools help organisations understand what supports or hinders employees and identify opportunities for improvement. Impetus Academy also provides training and guidance for leaders, teams, HR and education professionals, trainers and consultants. Its leadership development and HR programmes offer practical ways to apply research in day-to-day work. Through Growth Spot, trainers and consultants can access knowledge, skills and tools, while certification and train-the-trainer options support professionals in using the academy’s models and methods. Its modular approach can be tailored through collaboration with each organisation, helping turn insights into practical development and change.
