# Impulse BalanceWerk - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `impulse-balancewerk.de` ## Description Impulse BalanceWerk, led by Melanie Funke, is a learning and support space focused on understanding the nervous system, autism, neurodivergence, and everyday structure. Its work aims to make the factors behind behavior more visible and help people find practical ways to respond to daily challenges. The service supports children, young people, and adults in understanding experiences such as overwhelm, sensory overload, and inner tension, and in developing suitable ways to manage them. A particular focus is autism and neurodivergence, while the offering is also relevant to anyone seeking to better understand themselves or others. This includes people in educational and therapeutic settings, families, and the wider community. Impulse BalanceWerk draws on professional knowledge from different fields and experience in educational and therapeutic practice, guided by empathy, genuine connection, and respectful relationships. Through training sessions, workshops, and the Impulswerkstatt, Melanie Funke shares guidance on self-regulation and the nervous system, autism and neurodivergence, and creating structure and orientation. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Mental Health _(under Health)_ - ⛑ Developmental and Physical Disabilities _(under Health)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/impulsebalancewerk) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idin5I_YmE/w/500/h/423/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790268066911) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Equator | #e4b45f | accent | | Sycamore | #869633 | dark | | Perano | #aecff2 | light | ## Fonts - Roboto — asset _(google)_ - -apple-system — asset _(system)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
