## Description

InBewegung mit Miriam is a movement and body-awareness practice led by Miriam, a physiotherapist, belly-dance instructor and hypopressive-training coach. Her work helps people build a stronger connection with their core through mindful movement, breathing and posture. The approach combines physiotherapy knowledge with supportive, individual guidance, welcoming people of different ages and fitness levels.

Offerings include belly-dance classes for women, with a focus on pelvic-floor awareness, posture, mobility and confidence. Courses use flowing movement and playful choreography in a small-group setting. Miriam also provides online hypopressive-training courses: a beginner-level foundation course and an advanced course for participants with prior experience. These include breathing and posture exercises, weekly sessions, recordings available for 14 days and videos demonstrating basic positions.

For more personalized support, clients can choose one-to-one or two-to-one training tailored to their goals. Sessions may combine breathing exercises, hypopressive techniques and belly dance. Workshops and specialized classes, including offerings related to pregnancy and postnatal recovery, are also represented in participant testimonials.
