The MENTOR Network is a leading home and community-based human services provider that was founded in 1985. Our goal is to offer personalized support to adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those with medically complex needs. Through our innovative programs, we help individuals of all abilities thrive in their communities.

Our services encompass a range of programs, including group homes, behavioral support services, in-home family supports, day services, adult foster care, and therapeutic foster care. We prioritize community integration and choice for the individuals we serve.
