## Description

Inap is the technical body of the Public Administration of Guatemala, responsible for generating and implementing a permanent administrative development process. Their goal is to increase the capacity of public institutions to be efficient and effective in their administration and services. Established in 1980, Inap serves as the strategic arm for the strengthening and modernization of the public administration to foster institutional development. In 2021, Inap introduced a new Institutional Care Model with four main lines of action.
