## Description

Inbox Connect is an email marketing agency that helps eCommerce, SaaS, service-based and newsletter-led businesses turn email into a more predictable source of revenue. Its approach begins with Email DDx, an audit framework used to identify why email is underperforming and prioritize practical improvements before work begins.

The agency provides strategy and execution across email automation, segmentation, copywriting, campaign management, deliverability, analytics and reporting. For eCommerce brands, it builds Klaviyo flows such as welcome, abandoned-cart, post-purchase and win-back emails. For SaaS businesses, it supports lifecycle communications including onboarding, activation, upgrade and re-engagement emails. Inbox Connect also works with platforms such as Beehiiv, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Loops, Customer.io and HubSpot.

Its process covers an initial audit, a tailored strategy, implementation and ongoing optimization through testing and performance reviews. Services can include copy, design, technical setup, quality assurance and campaign delivery. Inbox Connect offers a free Email DDx audit and strategy calls to help businesses understand opportunities to improve conversions, retention and revenue from their existing audience.
